God’s will is KNOWN

The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may follow all the words of this law. Deut 29:29

God’s will for ALL of mankind is KNOWN! His will is clearly recorded for us in the Bible. God’s will is His Word! And His Word clearly shows that God’s plan for mankind is for us to be fruitful and to multiply!

We see in Genesis 1:26-28 that God created mankind then blessed them and commanded them to be fruitful. Sickness, disease, barrenness, miscarriage etc did not exist because God did not create them! These all came in through the fall. But praise God – He did not leave mankind open to suffer the consequences of the fall. He set His plan of redemption in motion to make a way for Jesus to come to restore mankind.

Regardless of the fall God’s plan for mankind to be fruitful has remained unchanged.  We see this after the Flood when God spoke the same command to Noah and His sons (see Gen 9:1). He also commanded the Israelites to increase and not decrease in number when they were in exile in Babylon (see Jer 29). Also, the Law was full of Scriptures that reveal God’s provision for children.  God’s will, plan and purpose for children was therefore clearly known.  So God’s will for your life is NOT what your doctor says, what your circumstances are, what your bank balance is, but what His Word says!  And when you make God’s Word (not your personal experiences) your final authority this is how you start to see His power released in your life.
