You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. Psalm 23:5
The banquet table has already been prepared for you with everything you need for life and for godliness! So you can now come and partake in what God has already freely provided for you!
Note that this scripture says that the table is prepared in the “presence” not in the “absence” of your enemies!
This means that:-
In the presence of Death there is Life.
In the presence of Sickness there is Healing
In the presence of Lack there is Abundance…and…
In the presence of Barrenness there is Fruitfulness!
Many believers lack knowledge on what God has already freely provided so they are waiting for Him to rescue them. The reality is however, that the Father is waiting on us! He has already done everything for us through His son. This means that the Father is wanting us to come and taste (= partake) and see (=experience) what He has already prepared!
It is important to note that our loving Heavenly Father can only operate out of love. If you read the famous love chapter in 1 Cor 13, you will see that love does not force its own will or way upon you. Even though the Father wants all men to be saved, He will not force or coerce His will upon them. This means that He can’t force you to receive healing, or fruitfulness. His nature is to guide, and lead you into all truth so that you can know He has already prepared the way and given you everything you need through His son so that you can experience the victory you need! So come and partake in what He has already provided. Come, taste and see His goodness!
Remember always that God is looking to SHOW Himself strong to you. He is wanting to reveal His Salvation (=healing, deliverance, provision, protection and fruitfulness) to you in every area of your life. The Father is for you, not against so. He is also an ever-present help in times of trouble. Therefore, I encourage you to run to Him (not from Him) so that through your fellowship with Him He can SHOW you how to cross the line from barrenness into fruitfulness in every area of your life!
